Mediorischi

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Milan, Mediorischi operates throughout Italy as a wholesale broker and placing intermediary offering intermediaries products, services and support to place insurance and reinsurance risks.

Products are developed with leading national and international insurers and Lloyd’s of London syndicates (Mediorischi has Lloyd’s Coverholder status).

In 2023, the company operated with a staff of 8 professionals and brokered over 9,000 policies for premium income of approximately €12 mln, generating gross commissions of €5.1 mln. Expectations are to close 2024 with intermediated premiums growing by more than 15%.

The project that will accompany the acquisition aims, among other things, to develop +Simple’s collaboration with the agent network, a strong point in Mediorischi’s market positioning.
