+Simple, a French multinational digital insurance brokerage, accelerates its growth path in Italy. Today the acquisition of Mediorischi Srl, an insurance and reinsurance broker, was finalised.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Milan, Mediorischi operates throughout Italy as a wholesale and placing broker offering intermediaries products, services and support to place insurance and reinsurance risks. Products are developed with leading national and international insurers and Lloyd’s of London syndicates (Mediorischi has Lloyd’s Coverholder status).
