Fides Corporate Finance assisted as Financial Advisor +Simple, a French insurtech, in the acquisition of 100 percent of CREA Assicurazioni SpA, an Italian MGA with an entirely digital offer and service model.

Established in 2016, CREA has acquired a central position in the Italian insurtech services market thanks to a cloud-based digital platform for the distribution of insurance products. CREA targets professional intermediaries (brokers and agents), banks and companies by offering a technologically advanced solution that is easy to integrate with distributors’ information systems.

The acquisition of CREA, the fourth in three years of operations in Italy, is part of the external growth path that +Simple is taking in the domestic insurtech market and strengthens its penetration significantly.
