Fides Corporate Finance assisted as Financial Advisor +Simple, a French insurtech, in the acquisition of 100 percent of InnovAction Insurance and Wholesale Brokers, a company founded in 2017 and specialized in offering intermediaries solutions in the areas of Professional Liability, CVT and Third Party Liability and Transport.

Through the acquisition of InnovAction +Simple aims to extend its technological and insurance know-how to a new segment of the Italian market where entrepreneurs are looking for more articulated and specific insurance solutions for the sectors of their business.

The deal is part of +Simple’s European-wide expansion, which is also strong with its recent entry as a lender to KKR and Tikehau, with 10 acquisitions completed in the past two years.
